We truly enjoyed staff and rooms. The place is 0.7 miles away from Denver downtown.

A cool bonus was nearby Voodoo Doughnut, that offered tea and coffee. Within 15 minutes' walk of the bus stop. We would definitely recommend it for every one.

Rosie
the privacy and location. the spacious rooms
Breakfast was pretty bad, needed bacon and scrambled egg. Little cleaning. The keys to open the room always failed
-
Tony
The kindness of the room staff who give extra coffee when you stay in the room to work The room is very spacious. The location of the hotel is very close to a bus stop, so there is no problem to move around by public transport.

The location for tourists, it's nice the hotel
Lack of maintenance and cleanliness in some parts of the hotel and rooms, of finished the fruit for breakfast and not re-supplied, of 8 days only 4 we could consume the breakfast

For Denver the price-performance ratio was ok, the location is good for visits to downtown (if you are not put off by a few weird characters you can also take the bus to the 16th mall four stops) and for trips outside the city, you can find it quickly out and back in, for America the breakfast buffet is ok
The room and bathroom decor is old but ok, everything in the bathroom is very low, as was usual in the past

Nothing. I hope I never have to stay there again. This hotel may have been modestly ok back in 1977. Certainly the carpet in the hotel and elevator looks like it has been around that long. Smells like it too.

Very dated and unclean hotel. Hotel was in one of the most dangerous parts of Denver. This property is not a 3 star but rather a 1.5 star
The entire property was very dated and nasty.

The staff was friendly.
The webiste stated the hotel was 1.5 miled from Coors field which is the reason we booked, as we were planning on seeing a Baseball game during our stay, however, this is not true. The part of town didn't feel to be the safest either. A friend of ours stated the part of town has a high population of prostitutes and drug dealers, unfortunately, we did not get this information prior to check in. The smell when you walk into the hotel is quite overwhelming. There are non-smoking signs throughout, however, the entire facility smelled like an ashtray. When we went to our room, the bed was completely stripped and the dirty sheets were placed on the other bed. We asked to change rooms and the staff was very accomodating. The carpet had obviously not been cleaned in quite sometime as it felt moist on under your feet. There was hair clippings in the bathroom sink. Our reservation was for three nights, yet we checked out the next morning. The website should also state this hotel has monthly tenants.
